We used to have to drag em in with the make my day law in Co. but it was changed to conform to the Americans with disabilities act I think.And finding help in the wee hours was to dificult

There is no need to drag him on your property if you shot him while he was on your property. That's terrible advice.

No. Do not touch the body or any area around the body. You should not be shooting a person anyway unless your life is in danger and the person is within a few feet of you.

They enter your property uninvited it is presumed they are there to do you and/or your family harm so shooting them is self-defense.


You must be one of those hide and wait for them to leave people, if you can call the cops from your hiding spot okay.
