Right side "commercial commentaors" made a living on demonizing Obama. So how does one change one's tune when their predictions did not...or are not comming true?

No one wants to be wrong, and very few can admit when they are.

Let's face it Obama's biggest "achievement" does not kick in untill 2014. It is too early to label anyone right or wrong.

Conservatives want to make it a crime to disagree, so that obeying the "acceptable" choice is enforced with punishment.

It's how authoritarianism treats the opposition. It helps demonize and dehumanize opponents as evil, wrong, and criminal without having to address their position. It happened before the Rwandan Genocide, the Bosnian Genocide, and the Darfur conflict.

Four times? Twice for president, once for US Senate, and once for Illinois Senate?

Aren't you demonizing conservatives? Are not the "liberals" the authoritarians on economic issues?

Pot, meet kettle.

Being in Texas, that would be illegal.

2008 Texas primary
2008 Texas caucus
2008 general
2012 general

I'm too old to be a lawbreaker.

I did not vote for him, EVER!
I don't like him. Never have.
IMO, he is an empty suit, with very few redeeming qualities.
The truth is not in him. (Of course, he IS, after all, a consummate Chicago-machine politician)
I once thought he was a good orator, now I can't understand why I thought so.
I sincerely hope the repugnicans find a viable candidate to replace him. Preferably a black or hispanic female!

Replace Obama? How are they going to do that? 22nd Amendment? He's done - no more elections. Unless he pulls a John Quincy Adams and stands for Congress or something?
