Great, My partner and I have children. Many same sex couples adopt, or use IVF or surrogates.
Many heterosexual couples don't have children. Elderly couples can't have children and they are allowed to get married. First cousins can marry in some states as long as they prove that they CAN'T reproduce.

So let's make marriage only legal for couples that have children, or give them a time limit to have or adopt children or their marriage is nullified.
