No way they get 60. They likely can't even get 50. There will be no attacks on the Constitution.

If the Obama admin does not want any more "grandstanding" from Rand Paul and Ted Cruz, stop lobbing up softballs such as claiming the power to assasinate US citizens, or taking away basic rights such as the right to keep and bear arms. Rand and Ted will hit those out of the park all day long.

The liberals wetting themselves and calling them names is hilarious...they don't even care or realize what obama and his cronies are trying to do is unconstitutional.

Cruz holds better credentials about constitutional law, than Obama does.

Default Rand Paul and Ted Cruz threaten filibuster on guns

Of course.

It's another opportunity for face time for those publicity hounds.

I'm a big Rand fan but spending so much time on Hannity's show does bother me some. I suppose you have to go where you can get the air time.

You have to be kidding, this would be a big mistake and work against them just as was the case with their other ill-conceived filibusters, it will draw attention to them and make them look far right wing. Harry Reid and the others would love this, make his day, this is the way the republicans move to the center?
