Becuse he spoke the truth calling it a semi automatic weapon but then remembered his talking points and corrected himself with the fully automatic weapon to scare people into giving him more money.

I can't recall when he has ever stated anything clearly enough to understand. between the guessing, the stuttering slur of speech and looking up as if God will come bail him out which he desperately needs he hasn't done much but look stupid.
Let me know when he really does do something he said he would do.
