I always wonder whether or not I am being fairly represented for the taxes I pay.
There are a few things that makes me wonder about the house-senate representation balance:
1) Certain people like to point out statistics about certain states and point out the somewhat strong correlation with political beliefs, but the counter to this argument is that those statistics are the fault of a certain segment of the population which do not represent the ideals of those political beliefs.
2) Other people like to complain that the urban or rural population is ruining their state.
3) ...And some people believe the population isn't represented at all, but is rather represented by special interests.
With that said, which area in the United States has the most accurate representation of the population?
Are the most politically liberal and conservative states accurate portrayals of the majority of the people?
Is there a state out there that represents it's rural and urban population fairly?
Are there states out there which are corrupt and represent corporate interests rather than the interests of the population?
...Furthermore, which state out there has the least Gerrymandering?
