Listening to the BPD scanner, sounds like they may have found him.
All I am hearing is very tired police officers with dying batteries in their communication equipment, and vehicles running out of fuel. And now it is raining and cool.
Assuming he has been driving this whole time instead of hiding somewhere or dead, he may be anywhere. We are going on 18 hours now. Maybe he stopped a few times or something. Chicago is 14 hours from Boston.
If he's on the run, he'd HAVE to stop for fuel at some point.
Hope to God he's not holed up in somebody's house, keeping a family hostage.

All I heard was one officer said he was 50 yards from the target. Dispatcher asked, "the one with the white hat?" Officer replied, "affirmative".
Could be the suspect ....or not.
