They have to go thru government agencies to immigrate and to get citizenship.
Why would anyone think it would be anything but cumbersome? That's the way government operates. Inefficiently.
No it does not. Is the US military inefficient? Right-wingers would say no.
Now that both sides are trying to fix this "immigration inefficiency", you are still against it...just so to keep your strawman argument of "it wont work" to shield you from your inherent fear of "the others" coming into this country and making it less white?
thousands of cops. ATF, DEA, federal police, state police national guard, local police, detectives,FBI,DHS, searching for one guy and in the end it was a civilian that led the stampede to the trough..
most of the credit should go to the civilians that lady that called in that led to the capture of the creep should get an award....
Actually ... it was the work of all of the law enforcement agencies that figured out who the suspects were, and posted their pictures for everyone to see.
They made it impossible for the guy to escape since they were practically everywhere, and had the entire city locked down.
I believe the lady who called in the boat was just reporting unusual activity on her property.
Of which a significant majority can trace their ancestry to immigrants.
[this nation is built on a legacy/history of immigration]
Big difference.
People that say we are a country of immigrants are factually incorrect.
And they say it so they can justify illegal aliens being here.
And pretty much every country could say they are a country of immigrants if they go back far enough in history. I guess Iraq would be the only exception.
One of the Chechen terrorists who carried out the Boston Marathon bombings could have been deported years ago after a criminal conviction and the other was granted American citizenship on the 11th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil. Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old killed in a wild shootout with police, was a legal U.S. resident who never the less could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence conviction, according to a Judicial Watch source. That means the Obama administration missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev but evidently didn’t feel he represented a big enough threat.
The saddest are these, 'it might have been'.

That doesn't make Adam Lanza innocent but don't say that this scumbag will be guilty because of being Muslim.
From a doctor? That's the first I ever heard that!
Armored cars, thousands of police and National guard after one 19yo and they act like they just won the war in Europe single handed. LMAO Really, the head line, "we got him" I felt like if it took any longer you would look kind of stupid.

She called in because she saw blood from what I heard on the door or what have you. Had they not been "locked down" they would have got this clown sooner. Yes he also was outside of the cordoned off area. How did that happen? Donut break?
Just be glad it wasn't the Bush administration, he would have locked down Memphis and ignored Boston altogether.
lol
