Ricin Suspect J. Everett Dutschke Arrested - The Daily Beast

J. Everett Dutschke, an alleged child molester, has been taken into custody for mailing poison to the president. Winston Ross reports on his bizarre past

Dustchke’s first try at politics was in 2007, when he ran for a seat in the state House of Representatives and lost handily to Democrat Steve Holland. As a Republican running against a Republican in a heavily Democratic district, Dustchke apparently decided his only shot was to go after Holland with both barrels. He released several vicious YouTube videos and took to calling Holland “Boss Holland” a la Boss Hogg from the 1970s television show The Dukes of Hazzard. And he gave vicious speeches — one of which earned him a stiff public rebuke from the very judge he is now accused of trying to poison

I meant biological weapon, not chemical.

James Everett Dutschke, age 41, of Tupelo, Mississippi, has been arrested on a Criminal Complaint charging him with knowingly developing, producing, stockpiling, transferring, acquiring, retaining and possessing a biological agent, toxin and delivery system, for use as a weapon, to wit: ricin, and with attempting, threatening and conspiring to do the same, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 175(a). If convicted on this charge, Dutschke faces maximum possible penalties of life imprisonment, a $250,000 fine and 5 years of supervised release.

A weapon is a tool, does it matter if he used a gun or a chemical? Its his actions that condemn him.
The guy is a random nutbag, classifying him as terrorist is propaganda.

Actually the League of Nations in 1937 established that any criminal act against those holding public office would be terrorism,

The fact that they used chemical weapons doesnt matter, it could be someone throwing a knife and still be classified as terorism.

Hmmm, league of nations...
I wonder, were the super heros dispatched from the hall of justice to make the arrest?

Mississippi man linked to ricin letters charged with biological weapons use | Reuters

(Reuters) - A Mississippi martial arts instructor was charged on Saturday with attempting to use a biological weapon after a ricin-laced letter was sent to President Barack Obama earlier this month, the U.S. Department of Justice said.

Everett Dutschke, 41, was arrested at his Tupelo home shortly after midnight by FBI agents following searches of the residence and a former business as part of the ricin letter investigation.

He was later charged with "developing ... and possessing" ricin and "attempting" to use it "as a weapon," according to a joint statement by the U.S. attorney for the northern district of Mississippi and the head of the FBI's Mississippi office.
