I agree.
It is shocking that w/ over 17,000+ agencies this is not being tracked properly. I find it hard to believe, just in regard to liability cost.

They all should of at least been fired. Once a bully always a bully.

I knew this would eventually die down. It always does when cops kill or severly beat up innocent people. What ashame.
