Looks like the democrats haven't learned anything from their counterparts.

A South Carolina Democrat vowed Friday to send Indian-American Gov. Nikki Haley (R) “back to wherever the hell she came from.”
There were conflicting reports about who
actually made the remark about Haley, who was born in South Carolina and whose
parents are from India: Yahoo! News’ Chris Moody tweeted that it was state
Democratic Party Chair Dick Harpootlian during a Democratic Party
fundraiser, but the Daily Caller attributed the comment to Haley
Maybe back with the white supremacist she put on her reelection committee, defended despite public outrage, and then abruptly asked to resign when she realized most people--including other R's--might have a problem with him?

Talk about delusional, does the name Robert Byrd ring any bells? Oh, that's right, he was a GOOD White Supremacist because he was a Dem. Got it, almost forgot the rules....

As it's been rehashed over and over on other threads, Robert Byrd started out as a pretty bad guy and had a change of heart with time, exposure to a changing culture, and education. I get that. Garcia-Quintana, on the other hand, is a white supremacist RIGHT NOW. An active one--on the board of the CCC, which states in its statement of principles that it's against integration of the races. The only "rules" here are the delusional ones that you make up as you go.
Nobody can defend Robert Byrd for his early stands against civil rights, but they can acknowledge that he had a change of heart and did his best later in his life to make up for the hatred he spread.
Niki Haley put this guy on her steering committee, defended him, and then asked him to resign only after she realized that she wasn't going to get away with it. She wanted those white supremacist votes...

Byrd also did a 180 turn on his position, as did many people during that time period in the dacades after the Civil Rights Act. Lots of people had a change of heart as the culture changed, just as many are having a change of heart on gay marriage with time, education and exposure. Byrd went on to champion civil rights legislation and denounce the KKK DECADES ago. He admitted that he was wrong. As I SAID EARLIER--I get it when that happens, and that sometimes people change. MY POINT is that this guy is STILL a white supremacist There's no excuse for that in 2013.
