Conjoined Palestinian twins with a shared heart and other vital organs returned home to the West Bank Monday after Israeli doctors determined they could not successfully separate them. The mother, said she knew she was carrying conjoined twins from her first trimester but that as a devout Muslim, she refused to abort.
Surely this would have been a 'legit' abortion instead of sentencing these kids to a lifetime of dependence. I'm pro-choice and if this was her decision (maybe it wasn't) then so be it - but I can still call it a bad decision.
