...say the southern area is more suited for darker skinned races while the northern area is more suitable for ligh skinned races due to the fact that each ancestors having live in those areas for thousand of years?

Other than sunshine exposure, what are other important factors in modern days?

Poor live in urban areas because they have more programs and giveaways.

seems like this is something that should've been pondered hundreds (thousands) of years ago.

One time Chicago Cubs manager Dusty Baker said that Blacks and Hispanics are better suited to play in the sun and heat.

Then again the Cubs are the worst team in MLB history, so you have to take it with a grain of salt.
