Oh dear. From the Weekly Standard - You know things are bad for President Obama when even Warren Buffett has soured on Obamacare and says that "we need something else."

I bet the media ignores this.

In a shocking turn of events, right wing web sites are jumping all over quotes from Buffet that are three years old and creating a false, out of context "story."
Google Search Buffet and Obama Care

That's some fine journalism there. Lou.

whats shocking about this? Ocare was designed to be distasteful on purpose. It was created to over tax the system and break it so we could come back with a "real fix" called Universal Healthcare.

People the goal of both the President and Buffet has always been to get to nationalized single payer healthcare.

Breaking news: Warren Buffet now credible, as it appears that he's against Obamacare.

When he was saying raise taxes on the rich the right wing wanted to hang him but now he's so reputable.

Oh, and here's the actual interview from 2010.
Warren Buffett calls for Healthcare Cost Controls

So, why are Breitbart and all of the other sites jumping on this now? Do they think their readers are too stupid to do a simple search to verify the stor.... Nevermind.

Buffet hasn't said anything new. The question is how do you get healthcare spending down from 17% of GDP to 12% of GDP. Your going to make a lot of people unhappy the first people that will be unhappy will be the Tea Partiers bringing out the Palin Death Panel scare. We spend 150 billion a year just to keep people alive for one more year on Medicare. The VA and Tricare are doing the same thing. At the Bronze level people have to spend 40% out of their pocket. That a lot more than Medicare, Tricare and the VA. If you are on Medicare and would you jump to Obamacare which is essentially Ryans plan for seniors? We are spending $10,000 for every senior in the USA every year. Guess what they voted 59% Republican in 2010. I bet not one person here on Medicare would volunteer to go on Obamacare and slash the budget at the same time by 300 billion.

Scumbag Obama doesn't listen very well, comprehend very much, or have any common-sense. Botton line - he's an idiot!

"Bottom" is spelled with an "M" not an "N." When you become editor of the Harvard Law Review, you will have earned the right to call someone else an idiot. Until then, or when you include facts in your posts instead of lame insults, what you write has little weight and no importance.

On the topic, nobody claimed that Obamacare is ideal but it's better than what we have. Scrapping the reforms and improvements sets us back. The right-wing is so desperate that Obamacare will work that they are pulling out all stops.
