What a gigantic clusterfrack the mid-east is turning into.

From the WaPo - "Waves of Egyptians are now preparing to follow, fired by the virulently sectarian rhetoric of Sunni preachers and encouraged by the newly permissive policies of Egypt’s Islamist government. In recent days, this city’s ancient mosques have crackled with calls for jihad, as hard-line Sunni Muslim leaders command the faithful to respond to recent escalations in Syria by the Shiite forces of Iran and Hezbollah." New wave of foreigners in Syrian fight - The Washington Post

This could easily turn into a war between Iran and Egypt with Israel in the middle. What a mess this area is - and now we're getting into it. Ugh

It does look like the long simmering confrontation between Sunni and Shiite Islamic sects is escalating into a full blown ME conflagration. Best we just step aside and let them slug it out. Unfortunately, we have many allies on both sides of the fence. Welcome to the true meaning of the "Arab Spring".

So much for the religion of peace. Let's stay out of it, and let them work it out.

This is wonderful news, the sooner hezbollah is destroyed, and the iranian regime along with that terrorist filth, the better.
