I think if GZ is acquitted, it is the fault of the media/public. So many people were clammoring for the arrest/indictment that the case was weak to begin with when the charges were filed.

I really think the state needed more time to properly come up with a strong case.

32 years later I am still learning and still improving. LOL how many people take a few classes a week gain a yellow or a green belt and suddenly they are bad to the bone. LOL

From a law perspective, some of the blame will have to go to the witness. Political biases aside, she's pretty awful.

Look, we live in a society dominated by the media and hollywood. Some people get a pass, others dont. In this case, Martin couldve said anything he wanted, and he gets a pass. Just look at that liberal moron Alec Baldwin. Says things that the media have termed "homophobic" but he has been given a pass. Hell, even that quee r group GLAAD came out and said they give him a pass. Its a double standard society. Unfortunately, its the largely the left that will continue to get a pass on things.

What if you were a criminal looking to commit a crime and were obviously being followed? Would you do that or leave?

This isn't the main focus of this video, but it featured part of the trial and where Trayvon used racist language when referring to Zimmerman. Maybe Trayvon was the one who picked the fight and attacked first partly motivated by his own aggression and racism.
I`m happy to hear that you don`t care for racism Tom.

finally, this should be moved to the trial thread.
It is when it's used to derogate an entire race of people.

But I guess in today's PC world, racist epithets aren't racist when used by minorities.
