George F. Will: Obama hits a wall in Berlin - The Washington Post

"The question of whether Barack Obama’s second term will be a failure was answered in the affirmative before his Berlin debacle, which has recast the question, which now is: Will this term be silly, even scary in its detachment from reality?

Before Berlin, Obama set his steep downward trajectory by squandering the most precious post-election months on gun-control futilities and by a subsequent storm of scandals that have made his unvarying project — ever bigger, more expansive, more intrusive and more coercive government — more repulsive. Then came Wednesday’s pratfall in Berlin."

Journalists are just now waking up?

It is certainly amazing to hear Obama try to speak without an teleprompter. Clearly this guy is an idiot who cannot speak in complete sentences and convey any rational thought without assistence. Putin shows contempt for this fool of a president and reveals the lack of respect other world leaders have for Obama.

So George F. Will, who never supported a Democrat in his lifetime, writes a critical opinion piece about Obama 'squandering his political capital on gun-control and climate charge' -- perhaps the biggest two issues facing the long-term outcome of the nation, and with respect to climate charge, the world.

yawn.

George Will hits the nail on the head once again. I bet not a single liberal on this forum has the courage to read Will's article for fear of reconsidering their allegiance to Barack Obama.

Gun control effecting the long term outcome of the nation?

LOL

Yeah. You keep thinking that guns are a major determinant for the country's future. Because we all know that you see $20T in debt as not a problem at all.

Guns.

LOL

George Will said this? Wow. I can't believe it! The next thing you know, birds will fly, water will flow from tributaries into larger bodies of water, the world will turn and the moon will rise.

This is not unexpected, seeing as it came from George Will, but that doesn't change it's accuracy. Whatever credibility Obama once had is gone. When Obama leaves office he will definitely have left his mark on the American landscape, I will give him that, but at this point he appears ineffectual.

I find it amusing that liberals, such as MTA, are forced to defend such an inarticulate, fumbling idiot time and time again. I am surprised that they are not pinning notes on his lapel to remind him of issues when he does not have his teleprompter.

How is that defending fascist policies of domestic spying, drones, IRS abuses, and harassing journalists going for you MTA? Isn't it uncomfortable to support policies and a man which clearly oppose the principles of individual liberties and freedom?

Ah.................... the path from happy "live and let live" hippies to jack booted fascists has been a very peculiar and odd trek for liberals.
