So tell me when did US and Russia have an extradition agreement?
Obama has lost his grip on foreign policy. China and Russia thumbing their nose at us is clear evidence they see Obama as weak and they lack respect for him and US.

In Berlin speech last week only a few thousand people showed up, largely disinterested in his platitudes and cliches'. Stark contrast to the 250,000 in 08.

White House urges Russia to expel Snowden without delay

Thats one lower than a Janitor in my business. Apparently they will hire anyone. The only bigger Loser than this guy is the people that hired him

Regardless of the President Russia would not just hand this guy over willy nilly. Don't be naive.

You think Mitt could get him back with just a phone call? Hahahahahahahaha.

How do you know how much respect the USA commands globally? What makes you so privileged? Bush was an utter disaster in foreign policy. His was Neanderthal diplomacy. President Obama has had the difficult task of undoing the damage Bush did, as well as deal with a shameful Republican-ruined Congress.

What is getting worse, a lot worse, is the Republican narrative. This great President Obama and his administration will take care of this matter. Watch and learn, and continue to be in denial.

Obama created this mess with his "diplomacy".
Obama was caught saying to Russia that he would be more flexible when reelected.
The world has no use for Obama because he weakened the US leadership and emboldened enemies.

FYI:

Obama Admin Culture of Corruption and Deception

• Jay Carney, press secretary, lied about the Benghazi talking points, the effects of the federal budget sequestration, and Eric Holder;
• Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State, a "congenital liar" according to the late William Safire in a 1996 NY Times column, lied to Congress about her role in the Benghazi security breach, and subsequent cover-up;
• Susan Rice, US Ambassador to the UN, lied to the American people on five successive TV news-interview shows about a video provoking the Benghazi attacks;
• Eric Holder, Attorney General, lied to Congress and to federal judges about his role and intentions in obtaining the surveillance and wiretapping authorization for journalist James Rosen;
• Douglas Schulman, IRS Commissioner, lied to Congress about the IRS not targeting opponents and political enemies of the Obama administration;
• Lisa Jackson , EPA Administrator, used at least one alias to avoid scrutiny by Congress;
• Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Heath and Human Services lied about her secret government email accounts, and lied about her soliciting health insurance companies for illegal fund-raising, (and has lied about nearly every major provision in ObamaCare);
• Arnie Duncan Secretary of Education, lied about the federal budget sequestration causing mass layoffs of teachers;
• Janet Napolitano Director of Homeland Security and Ray LaHood, Secretary of Transportation both lied about sequestration causing massive air travel delays;
• Nancy Pelosi, previous Speaker of the House, lied about provisions in ObamaCare and about whether she was briefed about water boarding;
• Harry Reid, US Senate Majority Leader, lied about deficit reduction provisions embedded in non-existent budget resolutions and about Mitt Romney's tax returns.
