They aren't taught morals. I don't think they're necessarily taught that having more kids will get them more Uncle Suggah money, but it becomes a way of life because they have nothing else to hang on to.
As long as we allow schools to teach them about sex at an age when they should be outside playing and not even remotely thinking about boys, it would help. But liberals don't want to teach their kids right from wrong, and thrust the responsibility on schools, who have a liberal agenda.
If they respected themselves, they wouldn't allow men to use them.
We're now into our second or third generation, and it's really all they know.
The bold could be true, but the rest of your post doesn't apply. Her brothers are CPA's, software engineers, and electricians with fairly normal lives. Her sister isn't a baby momma and doesn't have any plans to be.

The word "possess" connotates "outside the woman's will or control". Having children is not out of her control...It is out of your control.
If there is some biological factor at work then it could be outside of the woman's control. Perhaps compel would have been a better word to use though.
It's pretty obvious that if these women aren't working to support their children and are having the taxpayers pay for the births and are taking food stamps, WIC, free housing and Obamaphones, that the fact that it costs them nothing at all and they are provided financial incentives that this has a big influence on them.
It's like anything -- if the rewards are positive, the behavior is encouraged.
Of course, the best option is for children to stay with their parents, but if they can't take care of their own children they should not keep having them. Maybe if we didn't keep rewarding this behavior it would stop. I have always thought we should have children because we can provide them with a great life, not just because we can't control our sex drive or to get money.
Taking care of one's children includes working to provide them financial support.
If a woman doesn't care enough about her children to provide them shelter, food, clothing and whatever else, then it's neglect. Women can work for a living. Children should not be an excuse to live off government handouts.
I suspect each gal has a different want..... Years ago a guy i worked for who just barely made ends meet for his family had a 13 year old daughter from Hell. She had a 'love baby' because the way she saw it, no one else loved her, so this love baby would love her.
All that did was add another series of bills, and another mouth for my friend to feed. Life became harder for all of them, including the 13 year old girl, and her love baby.
What could possess a woman to have another kid when they can't even take care of one? Is it biological or mental or what? She doesn't believe in abortion even though she isn't religious, so there is that, but she doesn't care if she can afford a kid either. It just seems selfish to me.
Let's turn this around. What are the sperm donors thinking when they hook up with a woman with one or more kids who is unable to independently support that child/those children?
What are sperm donors thinking when they choose to not use a condom? IS there something about consequences that eludes them?
In most cases, they will be hounded by the state for child support for eternity. Was it really worth the ride?

Maybe they will be hounded, but most of them will never pay what they owe. The woman really needs to take care of herself and stop having sex unprotected sex. They have to realize that the fairytale of the guy deciding to be with her when she finds out she is pregnant is just that a fairytale.
Because women are the only ones with the choice and as a result the responsibility ultimately lies with them. Women set the terms and conditions for sex to occur, not men.
Men who have unprotected sex are also make choices.
Condoms are about 98% effective. The other 2% is likely attributed to the wrong size or inappropriate usage.
Babies aside, is unprotected sex worth the risk of HIV for either partner? It goes to show how deep the fantasy of a life without consequences runs with some people.
