I think the marijuana thing is not relevant. I do not think many things in this this trial are relevant. One thing in my opinion is; who touched who first, and what was the reason for it. I find it difficult to believe the state can prove it is beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman started the physical confrontation, or even made a threat that would solicit a physical response from Martin.
West doesn't seem to remember the testimony by the DNA expert....yesterday, that Trayvon's nails were scraped. He is confusing what an ME does...
West may be succesful at confusing the jurors.
It seems that often the role of the defense is to confuse the jury---thus, reasonable doubt.

I think being high is very relevant...
I've made some very dumb decisions while I was high.
If you're on the street and a guy's watching and following you [cop, anti-drug nut], anger, being po'd, more likely.
I believe the preponderance of the evidence indicates Martin initiated the attack. I don't think his marijuana use made a difference one way or the other. I am betting if a study was made, holding all other things equal, marijuana use would not have a positive correlation with increased violence.
