So the judge ruled that the ME can’t be questioned about his toxicology report?

I don’t understand how that is possible. What a kangaroo court. Holder must have a implant in Nelson's head. This is such a injustice to all.

maybe if you're home relaxing.

If you're on the street and a guy's watching and following you [cop, anti-drug nut], anger, being po'd, more likely.

I think the marijuana thing is not relevant. I do not think many things in this this trial are relevant. One thing in my opinion is; who touched who first, and what was the reason for it. I find it difficult to believe the state can prove it is beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman started the physical confrontation, or even made a threat that would solicit a physical response from Martin.

West may be succesful at confusing the jurors.
It seems that often the role of the defense is to confuse the jury---thus, reasonable doubt.

The real crime is the judge, unbelievable.

He's got the Department of Justice community Relations Service on the case, imo.

I think being high is very relevant...

I've made some very dumb decisions while I was high.

I believe the preponderance of the evidence indicates Martin initiated the attack. I don't think his marijuana use made a difference one way or the other. I am betting if a study was made, holding all other things equal, marijuana use would not have a positive correlation with increased violence.
