"Speculation" and opinion from an EXPERT witness, a man with a medical degree with a specialty in FORENSICS PATHOLOGY...... he also said that Martin could NOT move after the gunshot. This man is a court certified expert.

Seems you are completely unaware of the difference between an expert witness and a "fact witness"......EXPERTS are not only allowed, because of their education and experience, to testify as to their opinions, but they are EXPECTED to give their opinions. That's the DIFFERENCE between experts' testimony and non-expert testimony.
I totally disagree with you that Dr. Bao "knows" what the State said in opening. Do you think this case is the ONLY case this ME has worked on in the past few weeks? In fact, he tried to give as an example an autopsy he did three weeks ago....right about the time this trial started.
Actually, this testimony is worse for Zimmerman. Martin was in pain and was suffering.......would that go to one of the elements of charge against Zimmerman?

People who have lost limbs have said they felt no pain. The shock to the body seems to prevent pain from entering the brain.

EXPERTS are called to give their OPINIONS. That's not speculation on my part.
Why do you think EXPERTS have to give their credentials and the number of times they have testified previously as experts....in order to establish for the record their EXPERTISE.
The problem isn’t with the testimony of this witness, it’s that the State in its opening misrepresented what that testimony was going to be.
Obviously they had to have KNOW what Bao’s testimony was going to be.
This is another self-inflicted wound by the State.
