FINALLY, the prosecution is bringing up the point that Trayvon would have had a hard time reaching for Zimmerman's weapon.

No, I'm explaining what the judge said was possible and why she made her decision to disallow the phone stuff.

No, unfortunately, news stations can't be held responsible for rabble rousing.

No, being the diagram was just a re-representation of already added testimony, and the texts are irrelevant if GZs past is irrelevant.

The best chance for overturn this in GZs favor is literally from the opening statement "knock knock" joke. For how "good" this defense team is, I don't understand HOW they opened with that still...

The state held this info until right before trial. They hid this info.

And please, we know this was Martin. And if given time, the Defense could've had time to prove it.

Of course any sane person knows the flurry of texts and images were sent by Trayvon, but in view of the possibility of hacking and borrowing, it can't be proven. So I reluctantly have to agree with the judge.

Martin had long legs. His legs would not have had to be tight against Zimmerman's hips. Sheesh

Not true. They absolutely can be held responsible.

In fact, George has a claim against NBC.

I don't need to read an article...I've had this on live-stream whenever I'm posting here, and I know what I heard. As to the assertion that they could have proven definitively that Trayvon Martin made those posts,
that's hogwash. Ignore the Prosecution's misconduct and focus on speculative evidence based on the testimony of the defendant...the same defendant who's related 4 or 5 versions of the events of that night.
Without witnesses who saw Martin make those texts, they've got bupkis.
