OK, it's the end of the world and now we're rebuilding society. Who needs the other more, liberals or conservatives?

The liberals will be the artists, lawyers, techies, lobbyists, college educated with degrees in sociology, ancient greek etc.

The conservatives will be the farmers, the engineers, the hunters, the blue collar construction workers, etc.

Who needs the other more?

THis country has no future unless we break that paradigm of left vs right.

It's not about liberals vs conservatives. It's corporations vs the people.

Almost every decision in Washington DC right now is made in the best interest of corporations over people

Every now and then it may appear that a decision was made for the people, but that's just because a coincidence that it was also something that benefited corporations

Meanwhile they play us off against each other and make one side blindly defend their party while they are in office and play the blame game when they are both culpable of treason

How is it the end of the world yet we're rebuilding???

If the world is over then it's over.

I smell a big spending project by those elitist godless liberals or perhaps it's one of those religious indoctrination ploys pulled off by those archaic heartless conservatives.

Funny, in times of hardship, the people come together...Pitch in or get out of the way.

Probably a slight edge to conservatives in that situation.

There is an established hierarchy of human needs that moves up the spectrum from survival to self-actualization. In an "end of the world" scenario, survival needs will be over-riding - food, water, shelter, heat, that sort of thing.

Doesn't matter what politics someone supported, or what they did in their "before the end of the world" lives. Everyone would play a role in providing survivors with the necessities to survive.

I wouldn't worry about it since God would provide for everyone in such a dire and apocalyptic circumstance. LMAO..

I'd throw the lobbyists in the neutral category, since they're bought by either side.

Either way, we need everyone, so I'd say "the party that looks out for the majority;" which are the democrats.

*Queue: "The Trickle Downers," who are always looking to give you some of their hard earned money from their offices if you'd only work harder and longer for less of it.
