GZ's flashlight was found at the Tee where TM started the attack by punching him in the nose. The fight moved as GZ was retreating.
When the jury looked at the 40 foot mystery sequence, they probably all agreed to dismiss it from discussion because no "witness" evidence was presented to give them a clue.
Jury don't gotta think 'bout nuthin' but wut's put before 'em.
Or for one to strike the other, and the other to be moving away defensively and only putting up a meager physical defense.
[a one-sided fist-fight is still a fight]
Fist-fight, flash-light - Zimmie had two flashlights!
The larger flashlight made it's way to the death site.
Prosecution didn't mention this, by, for instance, asking the police about why they didn't ask Zimmie about it.
Zimmie told the police investigator that the large one didn't work, so he left it in his vehicle and only took the key-chain flashlight along with him. This, while forgetting he even had his gun with him.
This is why I think the prosecution was working for Obama.
I would know the answer to that question after review.
