If that is the case then you should not have a problem with taking every ILLEGAL out of the American LEGAL Taxpayers financial pocket.

Obama owns it for as long as the Act remains.

It's Law but only how he deems fit to implement it.

Odd that it violates his Sworn Oath of Office to do so.

Do you even know what progressive metastatic cancer is? Steadily growing, of unknown origin, effecting multiple internal organs at one time?

Most insurance plans don't cover that, read your policy, you probably don't. Why should medicaid spend millions on someone who can't be treated.

Well, that sounds like the ideal solution as far as conservatives go.
Two points....this plan was in place way before Obamacare, so calling it an Obamacare death panel is disingenuous in the extreme. Typical for the far right, but I digress.
Secondly, it's not for all progressive metastatic cancers. It's for the patients which are considered hopeless. If you want to prolong the pain and misery of a hopeless patient, why should tax dollars pay for it? The Party of Personal Responsibility should have no problem with the family members paying for it out of pocket.
