Take a chill pill - my post wasn't to you and even if it was, I was clear as could be that those who like the 'truther' and conspiracy stuff - great for them and go for it. I don't "know" anyone on the "inside", but I sure know how to google the experts that show up on ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, FOX + the only team that has actually written a book on Benghazi ...... these guys were on all of the major networks a lot after Benghazi, writing is often anonymous on the net - video and pictures tell the story . Nobody has to be an "insider" to find decent source material.
You are very correct about "a lot of looneys out there" - they can crop up most anywhere.
And you rely on our government as well ?
They say they have proof. Really ? How when we're not supposed to be physically in the country ?
And with the UN saying they don't know which side is using the weapons.
Do you think the US would ever say the rebels did it ?
Moments ago the inevitable denouement arrived when as CBS' David Martin reports, the US is preparing for a cruise missile launch against Syria, and is further ordering warships closer to Syria to be prepared and ready for when the trigger is pulled.
Syrian gov't isn't attacking their people, they are rescuing them.
Quote:
The discovery came after the government forces surrounded a sector of militant-held district of Jobar on Saturday.
"Army heroes are entering the tunnels of the terrorists and saw chemical agents," Syria television said, adding, "In some cases, soldiers are suffocating while entering Jobar.”
It added that ambulances arrived in the region to rescue the people who were suffocating in Jobar and the area is now controlled by Syrian army forces.
The Syrian government also stated that the foreign-backed militants had carried out the recent chemical attack in Damascus suburbs of Ain Tarma, Zamalka and Jobar.
Rickard: Well Israel has been incredibly involved already in the attacks unprovoked, in the illegal attacks on Syria. These attacks are basically enabled, encouraged and celebrated by the West, NATO and their Persian Gulf allies.
Once again no condemnation for the three major attacks by air and by sea by Israel on Syria which were incredibly unprovoked and to say these are for weapons of mass destruction, or these are for the chemical weapons….
So these are incredibly unprovoked attacks, they are criminal. Israel should be held in criminal court for these attacks and unfortunately they are doing them for proxy, for basically they are ... wars for the West and their allies.
Press TV: And of course how do you see the situation unfolding in the near future considering the fact that division is growing among the opposition and insurgents in Syria?
Rickard: Well certainly the insurgents are being wiped out by Assad for a couple of reasons. Assad has been very successful at attacking the foreign intervention and obviously we are in the midst of Ramadan.
But at the same time these unprovoked attacks are going after strategic weapons, strategic weapons that could aid in the defense against NATO and Israeli attack on Syria.
So I believe that these are just precursor to an all out war and attack against Syria and they are just basically taking out strategic weapons unfortunately.
I think it makes no difference as liberals do not think it requires action as seen in past. UN is useless as we saw when Saddam kicked inspectors out as require by gulf war terms.
Gotta love war, rich and powerful men playing a game of chess with civilians getting butchered in the middle. Unfortunately when you take away the rule of law we are nothing but primitive animals.

As the "game" progresses, how many pawns are usually left on the board?

We have never allowed an inspection, and neither has Israel. These two military powers have more nuclear and chemical weapons than the rest of the planet combined. Start by example. Show them yours and maybe they'll show you theirs.
In reality, Assad has been very open to inspections, considering some of these inspectors are likely covert agents.
Perfect place to find all the credible news about Syria is the Iranian Press TV ..... State owned of course.
