Actually thats wrong.. Budget bill proposals start in the White House, where its passed to either branch of government to pass. It only needs to start in the House if there are tax increases..

Here is Obamas budget proposal for 2014

Its started in the White House for decades..

really?

more importantly, do you really thing people are going to believe you when you say it?
Please.... you are talking to people who voted to reelect the man who failed in every way during his four year term, to live up to his previous promises and predictions. They are incapable of finding fault in Obama. Hell, even if they lose their job, they still wave those pom-poms.

The dems and Obama love not having a federal budget to constrain them, it's like one giant blank check, which allows them to loot the treasury at will.

My neighborhood is booming. More than 1 Billion dollars in new construction with a 12 block area from my house.

I am employed, and the housing prices here have fully recovered.

Sorry to hear the OP is unemployed and his home is "under water."

Talk about intellectually inferior!

Clue: Read the title of the thread again. Republicans ARE giving credit to 0bama. For tanking the economy.

DOH!

So because the cons don't get their way on everything, they don't think we have a polarized congress. Interesting.

Compare that to hope and change, where we are rivaling the great depression if it were not for the bubble the federal reserve is, by creating cheap money. 5 years of the second great depression(No plan, just a hope and a prayer)

Oh and don't forget that the return to "normalcy" in 1921 is what led us to the Great Depression. So I would brag too much about that era.
The great depression started in 1929. Eight years in between. Now we have Hope and Change. Gee, eight years later would be the end of Obama's second term. That figures.

Not looking forward to it, though!

Well, MORE defense spending seems to be a perennial favorite with the GOP.

The budget act requires the president to submit a budget proposal to the Congress between the first Monday in January and the first Monday in February; something Obama has never done on time.

We can argue that later. However, national defense is one of very few things the federal government is supposed to fund. It's not supposed to fund 80% of what our federal government wastes money on today.
