Is it true that Syria has no central bank? (Israel, weapons, Saddam)

I don't buy into the whole "new world order" or "Rothschilds" nonsense, but it IS rather odd that the USA suddenly wants to get involved in Syria for "humanitarian" reasons.

At present Syria has no debt from the IMF. It only has loans from friends such as Russia. It is therefore becoming a target for American and NATO aggression.

I'm pretty sure the use of chemical weapons has something to do with it. That may be a view held by those in the reality based community though, so take it with a grain of salt.

LOL, is that what you believe? We bomb civilians and overthrow Governments for "humanitarian" reasons?

Qaddafi wanted to implement a united African currency called the Gold Dinar. It makes more sense that the US felt threatened by this and especially wanted oil to remain traded in US Dollars.

The Central Bank is still state owned and controlled-unlike The Federal Reserve.

Syria also has no IMF debt.
