Look at what they are doing in North Korea, starving their people to death, throwing dissidents into political prisons where families are worked to death or simply made to disappear. Look all over the world, many horrendous things are done to inocent people, and many more then 1,400 are sold into slavery, raped, tortured or murdered. Assad has killed one thousand times more people with conventional bombs then died from that gas attack. Do we like any of these things? No, we don't, but we are not the law all unto ourselves.
We are supposed to be civilized, a world and a nation ruled by laws. And yet you would have Obama start a war with Syria within 24 hours after that gas attack, with no court, no law, just Obama the judge and executioner.
You claim to want to a court of law to judge war crimes, and yet you quickly toss aside the law and the court, and would have one man, Obama, create his own court of law, and mete out his own version of justice.
Sometimes people we think people are guilty, are we justified to go out on our own and kill them, even before they have their day in court? what would our country look like if we all did that on our own. What type of a world would we live in?
One reason we are in this predicament is because we have a country without a leader. Obama did nothing for a year after his red line was drawn. He did not rally the nations to deveop a united response, did not start the wheels of international justice turning. This is what happens when the country the world has traditionally looked to for leadership, is rudderless, and derelict in it's duty.

The US system of capitalism, a republican goverment, the educational system and other factors make it possible to produce a Steve Jobs, a Bill Gates, a Henry Ford.
