Sure, as long as that freedom is used to express liberal opinions. Use it to say things liberals don't like, and they'll try to shut you down. Not just disagree with you, but try to prevent you from speaking at all. Fairness doctrine, speech codes, hate speech laws, protesting conservative speakers, boycotts, IRS targeting, smear campaigns and petitions against Fox News, etc.
So what exactly is the problem with porn & free condoms?
P.S. We're talking about pedophilia which I think we can all agree is grotesque.
Porn & free condoms are considered perverse? Are you a Puritan?
While the evil left normalizes porn and condoms, the right is busy normalizing racism and lack of compassion for their fellow man. Everyone has their agendas. Oh, and just so ya know, the righties really are not against pedophilia they just want it kept quiet and within the family, you know, like in the good old days.

There is no such thing as "mild pedophilia". There is no cure and it causes a lifetime of lasting harm. Sorry, folks, you cannot normalize it.
Having been a victim of child molestation for two years I find Richard Dawkins opinion on pedophilia both abhorrent and disgusting.
I have purged this from my being through many years of adolescent therapy.
I rarely think about it however that does not mean that it didn't have a profound and destructive effect upon my life because it did for approx. a decade after it occurred.
Unless you have been a victim of this no one knows what damage it does, no one.

Nobody, including a victim, has a right to speak for any other victim. Unfortunately, those who had an experience that was merely unpleasant or embarrassing but not permanently harmful, keep it to themselves, while the others go and yell their heads off about it, which creates a bit of a false impression. Intelligent folks like Dawkins understand this, although they rarely get any thanks for pointing it out.
Bwahahaha! You want the Offended Right to quote Richard Dawkins in context? They have a character to assassinate and pesky details like intellectual honesty is not going to stand in their way.
Yes, and Nancy "The Tea Party is astroturf" Pelosi, Harry "Romney doesn't pay his taxes" Reid, Joe "Republicans want to put black people in chains" Biden, and Barrack "Denying people medical care is the holy grail of Republicans" Obama would never stoop to such tactics.
