what larry klayman fails to point out in his article is that the "citizens' prosecutor", "citizens' court judge" and "citizens' grand jury" are nothing more than him and some friends playing make-believe and their "indictment" holds the exact same legal weight as any decision that my daughter with her dollies and stuffies may come to at a tea party.
Sounds like a really good idea. I suggest you bring all your loaded weapons and make a statement about the freedoms provided by the 2nd amendment also. Bring big banners showing the President as a Kenyan witch doctor and lots of confederate flags. You're sure to get a lot of media coverage.

Hmm, so why wasn't George Dubya charged for bringing the U.S. into war with Iraq under false pretenses? There were no weapons of mass destruction. Thousands of American soldiers killed, but he knew his crossed eyed loony daughters wouldn't be involved. People seem unaware that treason committed by a president, for bringing the U.S. into war under false pretenses carries a punishment of execution.
This may be one of the most ridiculous things I've read. Figures, the only way the birthers can win a court case is through a "citizen's court"
