If he pleads not guilty, by reason of insanity, he may be exposed to torturous methods using mind bending drugs, to illicit a confession or break him forevermore. I cannot believe a judge would entertain such a strategy, nor a defense attorney would allow this. This sounds like something out of a horror film, not our judicial system.
I believe there is much more to this shooting than we will ever know. I believe this is a false flag, just as Fast and Furious was a false flag, intended to promote public support for gun control. This man is another imbalanced patsy, just like the underwear bomber, that will be denied any rights to a fair defense. Our gov't just wants him to disappear, his usefullness is done.

A Colorado judge has stated that, if James Holmes pleads not guilty by reason of insanity to the Aurora murders, state psychiatrists can subject him to drugs that will “help him remember his state of mind” at the time of the shootings. The drugging will reveal whether he really was insane that night last summer at the Aurora theater.

Well, when it comes to so-called truth drugs like sodium pentothal, sodium amatyl, scopolamine, mescaline, LSD, and hypnotic benzodiazepines, where are the pros with real experience? It’s highly probable the CIA or their independent contractors will be sitting in on James Holmes’ drug-induced sessions, supervising them, giving advice.

In particular—because no drug has ever been found to reliably elicit the truth—what about the use of drugs to produce panic and wild terror, as a way to force people to tell what they know, or confess to what they’re told to.

“Once you’ve used [truth drugs] for national security cases, then it becomes a standard. Sodium pentathol is not that effective, and so you have to use something stronger, It’s a short skip and a hop to LSD, or something worse.”

AJ is not exactly 100% reliable. He is controlled opposition.

However, the pics CNN showed of "jurors" during the "Batman shooting trial" were a fraud. I know this for a fact as well as no judge in a court of law would allow jurors to wear Batman t-shirts (as was pictured on tv at the time).

CNN and its fakery, as well as govt lies may never reveal the truth in this case, I agree with you it is very frustrating.

Default Project MKUltra 2.0

How many more horrific murders do we have to endure in America before psychotronic weapons are openly discussed? Watch these two videos to see for your self that the DC Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis experienced the same exact symptoms as the people in Mr. Ventura's investigative TV program which aired 10 months earlier.

URGENT: Aaron Alexis Reports to Police Someone Sends "Vibration" into His Body - Hearing Voices - YouTube

Compared to this:

Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura Brain Invaders S03E07 - YouTube

This has even been reported on in the Washington Post.

Mind Games By Sharon Weinberger

At first it's easy to dismiss the story as merely being a fluff piece about schizophrenics who hear voices. That is until you realize that the author of the piece is a respected National Security writer being given 5 pages in one of the most prestigious and reputable newspapers on the planet.
