In the video.... the guys says how Iraq is corrupt... not to mention how millions of dollars are leaving country every week for foreign banks... hmmmm...

And how is this different from the U.S.? (Accounting maybe?)Sounded like someone is advocating for a better govt accounting system (i.e. CAFRs).

The bank has been addressed, seems they now want the accounting taken care of.

We can create the conditions for democracy in a country like Iraq but what they do with it after we've gone is strictly their business. As of 2012 we have no dog in the Iraqi fight. They want to butt screw each other in the name of democracy that's their problem.
Shoulda never gone there in the first place.
