Wisconsin just realized numbers for their first week. 5 people enrolled. Add that to the enrollees from Hawaii and Alaska and you have, well, 5 people enrolled.

If you read these comments, I guess Florida is the only State where the exchange is working fine. I haven't had any issues with it for over a week.
