Washington DC is called "the ugly hollywood". It's all about who is who and the egos are puffed up so big it's ugly. These people live the high life, and government cronies are making big money. It's time for people to wake up. Those in D.C. would snub you in a minute. They think they are better than you. Stop being a damn foot soldier for getting them more money to spend.
They don't give a damn about you. All they care about is how they can get more money from the American people.

There are plenty of idealists in Washington as well (I know some), so to say that everyone is a certain way is rather silly. I think you're making statements here you can't prove.
As to people snubbing me, I don't know most politicians (or real hollywood types for that matter) and they could never snub me because I don't care about them in any way.
In terms of giving them money to spend, I rather like not speaking Russian, having roads on which to drive, being able to walk down the street safely, etc.

It's true though and the Clintons are a perfect example -- too ugly to make it big in Hollywood but celebrity status with all the easy money was there for them in Washington DC.
With the exception of Obama, most pols are smarter than most movie stars. The latter are dumb as rocks.
