Why not?

Of course, makes it hard to prove where you live...if residency is a requirement...

Two question's though... Is he qualified to do the job or is this just a publicity seeking stunt? And is the voter base SMART enough to figure out that answer?

Some homeless live in shelters and use that as their address.
