I don't like Diane Feinstein at all.. I literally can't stand her, but, I will give her, her props.. She is a very powerful and influential voice on capital hill. When you lose her support, it is significant... Very significant.

You are one of the most confused posters ever. The energizer bunny of ignorance. Why should anyone even try to reason with you?

That ship already sailed... It's too late to go back... Congrats. Enjoy your hope and change..
No Obama can give a extension of excemption to the madates at will which is has done many times already. not only can laws be change but terms with in laws can be ignored and not enforced;happens all the time. Now even states and local governments ignore federal laws on the books. If DOJ does not move against them then nothing happens.Simple example is immigration and drug laws or state refusing to implement Medicaid changes which they took to court and won on.The ACA is unlike to be totally dropped but not enforcing terms then change a law is common. One only has to look at the exemptions given to see that.

I just remember the ACA development, the Law contents and the limitations of trying to do HC in a Private market. Basically, I paid attention in 2009-2010. When the Single Payer was abandoned, the current types of problems were very predictable but they are manageable until we grow up enough to do HC properly.
