I don't believe that they are disingenious necessarily. I don't believe that the sincerely set out to lie because ALL lies are eventually caught...why expose your credibility willingly? Theres no incentive in it. George HW Bush clearly didn't mean to break his "No New Taxes" promise. GWB had good reason to believe that Iraq had WMD's...hell even Sadaam's generals reported carrying gas masks secretly because they just didn't know what he had. And lastly, I don't believe that Obama sincerely believed that many American's would lose their insurance......I think a better argument could be made that they are all naive.

The truly disingenious people...the real liars are the individuals responsible for actually crafting the policy. The presidents and other figures are just the Public Relations and salespeople of the policy.

Pelosi by far. Fundamental Disingenuousness.....semantical gymnastics....ideological contortionism.....all of it to defend a habitual liar named Barack Hussein Obama.

Man, you are the pure definition of "naïve." I can only shake my head at this tripe and weep for this nation.

I voted other, although most of those listed are bad, but to me one of the most dangerous fools in congress is Turbin Durbin (Dick Durbin, IL.), the man is so radical it's scary. Bush is out of office and thankfully Obama will soon be, but Durbin will probably get re-elected by the liberal jerks here in Il. and he can do a lot of damage from the Senate.

Of course you think this. Based on your past posts you clearly hate the very fabric of President Obama's being so every attempt to take a shot at him will be utilized.

The fact of the matter is as follows...you have nothing but your opinion to make a claim on. You aren't a mind reader...You aren't a psychic...You can't forecast the future...You weren't involved in the cabinet level meetings...You know absolutely nothing about what you are saying. You have conjecture....and that is all.

You assume Obama lied...therefore he lied. Likewise, you probably feel that Bush was sincere in his interest to invade Iraq and you probably also believe that GHWB meant what he said by no new taxes.

I don't believe any of them intentionally said to themselves...."I'm going to lie about these things." I think circumstances changed, new information was brought to light, and unfortunately things they said weren't realized. It happens, and I'm sure it has happened to you. The difference is scale. No one gives a rats rear-end about promises you make with exception to your friends and family...If the President says something that doesn't fire on all cylinders, he's the scum of the Earth.

I always thought it was Romney. That man would say anything to anyone to get votes. That was clear to people ranging on the ideological spectrum from Gingrich to Obama, both of whom at least had some ideas they would stand by.

So you believe that Obama

1) didn't remember the circumstances surrounding his own mother's death despite being her lawyer for the case

2) accidentally and innocently dramatized the death in a false way that gave him sympathy and political points for Obamacare

3) no one in his campaign informed him that the Washington Post pointed out the story he was telling factually wasn't true and that they contacted the campaign about it

4) he continued saying the false story even years after it was pointed out as false by sheer accident

No offense, but you seem naive, which enables more lying. Obama could sell you the Brooklyn bridge for your 401K.

What ideas would Obama stand by? No mandate? It being illegal to bomb other countries without congress voting for it? That we needed to cut waste immediately? No lobbyists in the WH? No special access for big donors? etc... Obama is a fraud.
