I love living in the midst of a multicultural environment. Different cultures share their food, their music, their traditions, etc. Nothing like going to holiday pot luck and having food from every corner of the world, from sio pao to souse to pansit to spicy curries and samosas.

Hanukkah is not a national holiday nor a major Jewish holiday. In Israel they barely pay attention to Hanukkah but in the west Jews try to make a big deal out of it to be included and have something to

You sound very bitter and angry about a lot of things. If they want to celebrate Hanukkah in the west, it's no skin off your nose. If people want to celebrate the holiday season instead of Christmas....ditto.
