That kind of reasoning is kind of neat. Watching people trying to game the game at the end, and failing miserably, was kind of fun though. The compromising bills were coming left and right out of the House.... Ted is a Senator.

Then by executive dictatorship Obama does it and changes the law by fiat, just like many of the compromises had.
