Gun owners are not being treated equally as people by Mr. Keith.
However, it is his call if he wishes to be discriminatory.
He isn't discriminating against anyone. He didn't say gun owners aren't allowed, they just aren't allowed to bring their guns.

They have no such Constitutional Rights while inside a private establishment.

No, he isn't. He is singling out an Item. People who choose to carry guns are allowed in his business, just so long as the remove their guns before entering. If people feel unsafe leaving their gun in their car, they don't have to go in and can speak by spending their money somewhere more freindly to those who carry guns.

Harrier never said that there was, and has made it abundantly clear that he fully supports Mr. Keith's right to prohibit people who wish to carry firearms into his business, which you would know if you had bothered to read the thread insteading of making uninformed assumptions.
That's just not true. Gun owners are welcomed just not their guns. How is that discrimination.
Exactly.
On the entry door to my bank there is a sign requesting customers remove their hats and/or sunglasses prior to entering.
Restaurants typically have signs that say, "No shirt, no shoes, no service."
I don't hear or see anyone crying "discrimination" over those restrictions.
I have spent enough time in bars over my adult lifetime to agree that guns and alcohol don't mix and I would not enter a drinking establishment where I knew people were carrying. Same thing if I were a hunter - if I knew a fellow hunter had been drinking, I would put as much distance as possible between myself and that person.
I'm not a country music fan, but good for him for taking the common sense stand he has - especially knowing full well that it could alienate a "certain" segment of his fan base.
By the way, IF (highly doubtful) I went to this "establishment," I'd carry my guns anyway.
And if you were thrown out because of it would you complain?
