Not from OADI.
That had to be a private-based plan, or a combination of private and OADI, since the maximum anyone could ever receive on OADI is your maximum OASI benefit based on what you paid in premiums at the time you were declared disabled.

How irresponsible is that?
Even though it is widely known that States and private insurers actively and proactively (as well as re-actively) investigate worker's compensation fraud, you still have a constant 12%-15% fraud rate.
What do you think the fraud rate is for OADI which takes no investigative actions whatsoever?

Yeah, and they aren't even close to being done stripping you of your rights and humanity.
And just today, President Obama very patriotically said that he has traveled the country for years and has never met a single American willing to get a paycheck instead of working. Obama said it is insulting to suggest that some Americans would rather collect a check then work.
Is Obama detached from reality or has he slowly lost his art and skill of lying?

… The individuals received $50,000 a year on average because, they claimed, they were no longer able to work, according to the source. Many of the claims allegedly involved work-related trauma caused by the 9/11 terror attacks.
An ex FBI Agent and prosecutor. They just finished up convictions on some Long Island Rail Road employees, glad to see they are finally looking at this but you have to wonder about the management of these organizations.

The main defendants in the scam were identified as Raymond Lavallee, 83, a
lawyer and former FBI agent and Nassau County prosecutor; Thomas Hale, 89, a
disability consultant; John Minerva, 61, a union official for the Detectives'

Lavallee also was chief of the rackets bureau in the Nassau County District
Attorney's office

Your post is detached from reality and has nothing to do with the thread.
Reality is that president Obama earlier today said he has never seen anyone abuse unemployment. That it is insulting to suggest that Americans would rather get a pay check then work.
Later on today a group of 106 Americans busted for abusing SSDI. They would rather collect a check than work.
Do you agree with Obama's super patriotism that Americans don't abuse the system or are you informed to reality?

He said he never met anyone that doesn't mean there aren't any.
Very few people enjoy being unemployed and disability fraud is quite different, that is what this thread is about.

Many people like getting paid to do nothing. Free money, who doesn't like free money? So what it's a little less than a job would bring? No transportation costs like gas, you don't need a wardrobe for work.
No wonder Obama wants to bring in millions of illegals, Americans are fast losing any kind of work ethic, too lazy to want any job when welfare handouts are so generous and easy to get.
