BEIJING, China (AP) -- China's trade surplus soared nearly 50 percent in 2007 to a record, despite safety worries about Chinese products and a slowdown in export growth late in the year, according to government data released Friday.
And the dollar fell and oil rose and Iran could seriously screw us by converting to Euros for their oil pricing leaving the market flooded with dollars no one wants. Rampant inflation follows and from there, who knows.
China is rapidly growing their standard of living for their citizens, who will then have more to lose if the country would try any type of significant military conflict.
