While Macklemore was rapping about marriage equality on the Grammys stage, the Disney Channel was making a statement of its own on Sunday, Jan. 26. The network featured its first ever same-sex couple on the show Good Luck Charlie.

After announcing the decision in June 2013, the channel finally delivered when lesbian mothers Susan and Cheryl dropped off their daughter Taylor for a play date with the main family's daughter Charlie.

Pretty soon you'll have to block out all life from your children.

Man are they in for a rude awakening when they get out into the "real world."

You know what they say about sheltered kids experiencing freedom for the first time, right? If you don't I can introduce you to some guys I knew in college who took full advantage of that sheltered life ignorance in -- courting -- girls from the local Christian college.

Nonsense got plenty of healthy dvd's and there are enough shows left on tv for them to watch...They know the real life they see it every day and ask me questions about it every day 1 of them even knows what a homosexual is...nothing like seeing a kids response to that crap. You want to expose your kids to every kind of filth available be my guest. If I wanted to do that I figure start with playboy/penthouse and work up from there...pretty soon will be the most "enlightened" and "tolerant" person around!

That show is my daughter's favorite. Glad I saw the note here. That episode will just disappear from the DVR.

No, by introducing them as the childs motherS that would identify them as a same sex couple. No sex shows required.

Is that what they do w/straights, show them in bed together because sex is the only thing you equate w/ straights?
