If you are on the beach and a business has a "no shirt, no service" policy then they are stupid and deserve to lose your business and everyone elses.
As for your simple solution, you are missing the point. Laws like this stop gay friendly companies from moving to your state. Companies do not like doing business with places that conflict with their own policies.
Explain to me how this law stops gay friendly companies from moving into Arizona?
Again, you are missing the point, it doesnt stop them from moving there, they will choose not to come. Businesses like good PR, not bad.
That's not what you said tho. I think you and everyone else is missing the point of the bill.
So its okay that we say hey *********r religious beliefs ? Every business owner should have the right to sell to who they want under their own discretion without being sued. Simple

That's where you're totally missing the point. Every citizen of this nation has the constitutional right to sue anybody or any organization for any reason they choose to and it's a right.
Whether the suit has merit or not is a different matter but each of us has the right. This bill say's that any gay suing an establishment for refusing service to them has lost that right of redress. A basic constitutional right granted to all citizens.

Thats exactly what i said, you just misunderstood me.
as for the rest of your comment, another poster already addressed it. You dont have the right to not get sued. Thats the slipperiest slope I have seen someone post in a long time.
On the news tonight: couple thousand or more people marching downtown opposed to the bill. According to the news, it is all against. They see no one supporting the bill there. The major religious groups are all denouncing it (LDS excepted of course), business owners are grabbing up thousands of signs to post saying "We serve everyone".
I thought we already decided you can't refuse to let someone sit at the lunch counter. Are the evangelicals really forcing us to relive the 50s?
