Every 3 months if we worked safely with no lost time injuries and we all made an effort to go to safety meetings ect, we would get a Visa $100 gift card. Not a lot of money but it always came in handy.

Policy changed. Now the safety committee is going to decide where to spend that money with "input" from us

Now I understand you Republicans just a little more.

The person that makes the most mistakes will get all the money, to raise their self esteem.

Ah so you feel like your companies bills and expenses probably have never changed right? You think companies pay prices from the early 1800s. There could be many reasons as to why it has changed , but to blame it on a party is about as absurd as your thread.

Maybe, just maybe, the OP's company just sucks.

The old policy was not a redistribution scheme. It was an incentive. If it was a redistribution scheme he would not have been required to do something beneficial.

So everything that happens in your life has to be associated with a political party ?
If it's a good event do you praise the Democrats ?

Its the idea of how a some believe they are better at spending the money for you as opposed to allowing you to spend it yourself.

After all, you might spend it on soda or something equally as harmful.

But... but... but... they NEED it. /sarcasm

So goes severely twisted liberal logic. The more one screws up, the more freebies they get.
