I can smell cigarette smokers but I've never smelled marijuana on someone. Is it a non issue and just caused by customers who are uncomfortable around people who 'look like' marijuana users?

While this shop's in Greeley, right down the road is Garden City.
Incorporated in 1938, Garden City has had a more laissez-faire approach to spirits.
And this family has embraced the weed business.

In October, the town collected about $67,000 in sales tax revenues, up from the about $16,000 it typically collected in a month five years ago.

Paired with a sales tax increase in 2010 and more businesses coming to town, Garden City has been able to fix roads, hire a code enforcement officer, trim or take down about 60 sick and dead trees, and to invest in matching grants for businesses improving their facade or residents replacing fences.

"I'm very proud to say, we don't have a single pothole in Garden City; I checked," Seifried said.

Nothing stinks up the air more than marijuana. If legalization was resulting in my business reeking of pot I would put a similar ban in place myself.

Maybe his customers are allergic to the smell of smoke.

Plenty of drunks with whiskey breath are refused service by businesses. How is this any different except it gives freedom=hating conservatives a chance to act smug?
