Putin introduced healthcare reform in 2011 including an individual mandate to buy insurance and a 5% flat tax on all business.

Is this the leadership you respect?

Why is everyone so upset?

This is just your normal run of the mill thread where some rwnj or lwnj does or says something that causes some uproar.

Then a nj from the opposite party posts it up as validation that the other side is just full of crackpots and must be opposed at all costs blah blah blah....while the party in question either refutes or otherwise distances themselves.

It's just politics 101, try to define the other party by their most extreme associations. <shrug>

Actually I don't think liberals have any emotion towards Putin at all as they have no real connection with him and are not subject to his rule. Thankfully he has no power over anyone in the US. But if conservatives prefer a police state or country that regulates religion by legislation, they might be happy living in Russia. And if you think it is coincidental that critics and opponents of Putin often turn up dead or in prison, there's a bridge in Brooklyn you can buy. It is extremely ironic that some of the same extremists who refer to our own president as "corrupt," "thug," and "dictator" have praise for a man whose actions are the very embodiment of those words.

Many posters on the partisan right confessed their feelings for Putin during the Crimea situation. As a matter of fact they couldn't stop humping his leg for over a week.

Ding! Ding! We have another tabloid worshipper! Since when does that posters statement mean he worships Putin?

Seagal is for the police state, that isn't a conservative value. He can call himself that, it doesn't make it so.

from the article
In the interview on the set of a movie he is shooting in Romania, Seagal
In the interview, Seagal said that it's possible he may "sometime" apply for Russian citizenship. Guess that means he's done pretending to campaign for Arizona governor.

Outed, Seagal is a fraud looking for publicity
