Also, calling it irony is a misleading notion. As you would say, we Democrats believe in big government, however Jindal doesnt. So he is the hypocrite, we are just asking he stick to his own principles.
How is ACA big government? Did you seriously ask me how a program which is expected to cost trillions of dollars, is big government?
good lord...this is the action of a Republican? One of those less government, non fascist types? Oh right....except when you disagree and want free speech for what you want to say.....

If the billboard owner and person who pays for it are okay with the content there is no reason it should be taken down. As long as it doesn't promote violence.
You all didn't seem to read the article or take a close look at the sign.
The controversy was over what it looked like... not free speech. Trade dress of sorts, looking too similar to the ones used by the state in tourism ads. There are lawsuits like this all the time, referred to as "likelihood of confusion."
"A U.S. district judge rejected Monday the Louisiana state government's request that MoveOn.org's billboard criticizing Gov. Bobby Jindal (R) for not expanding Medicaid under Obamacare be taken down. The billboard includes a parody of the state's tourism slogan, which was the basis for the state's legal action.
U.S. District Judge Shelly Dick issued the order. Lawyers for Lt. Gov. Jay Dardenne (R), who filed the suit, had "not demonstrated a substantial likelihood of prevailing on its burden of proving confusion by viewers of the billboard," Dick wrote. She rejected the state's request for a preliminary injunction, which asked that the billboard be taken down as the court case continues."
Good ruling. Sorry, Bobby, but you can't stifle free speech even if it makes you look bad.
If moron dot org paid for it, then moron dot org can have it up. Not sure what the issue is? It's a billboard...so what? They have the right to do that.

Medicare, Tricare, VA and Medicaid for seniors is small government. Those programs only cost taxpayers $750 billion. Big government is the ACA which cost taxpayers this year $40 billion. Obviously $750 billion worth of Tea Party supported programs is much smaller than $40 billion of liberal ACA programs.

The CBO calculates costs over a 10 year period so $750 billion is calculated to be $7.5 trillion.
and ACA isnt $40 billion..
You can always be counted on to post 2 things
Hate for tea partiers
And to be wrong...
