They were rejected because of "stabbing babies" language. When they went public and complained they were told they could list their project if they toned down the inflammatory language.

Default From the article is you won't read it for yourself.

"Somehow, making a movie recounting the crimes of a convicted abortion doctor is disrespectful and inconsiderate. Kickstarter would only speak off the record, but its explanations were dissembling and contradictory. That might be because Kickstarter's standards aren't exactly rigorously enforced. An album titled Incest is the Highest Form of Flattery was fine. The movie Die Sluts Die telling "the story of ... sex crazed friends ... murdered in unusual and creative ways," ditto."

Why can't people read articles before the comment on them?

Oh yeah, only for causes they believe in. Right.
So this company can refuse to accept customers but the wedding photographers who refused service for a lesbian wedding has to pay a fine and or be shut down? I see how it is.

The writer CLAIMS that "off the record" people were telling different stories. Then goes on to CLAIM that something "might" be happening.

We do know that the producers were asked to change some wording and refused. Do we know if others were asked to change wording and refused, but were still allowed to fund there? No.

So, no PROOF of any lie, just a writer CLAIMING that there was a lie "off the record".

Is this business a public accommodation in a state that has anti-discrimination laws that include anti-abortion film producers?

The titles of those two other films were offensive but they let them in.
