So this company can refuse to accept customers but the wedding photographers who refused service for a lesbian wedding has to pay a fine and or be shut down? I see how it is.

The writer CLAIMS that "off the record" people were telling different stories. Then goes on to CLAIM that something "might" be happening.
We do know that the producers were asked to change some wording and refused. Do we know if others were asked to change wording and refused, but were still allowed to fund there? No.
So, no PROOF of any lie, just a writer CLAIMING that there was a lie "off the record".
